Resumption of the outstanding balances in the TP/TSB/Spl.TSP accounts as on 31/03/2010 PDF Print E-mail

  During August, 2010 Finance Department has requested all departments to furnish the scheme/purpose-wise and year wise break-up of balances outstanding as on 31/03/2010 in their TP/TSB/Spl.TSP accounts along with explanation as to why these balances should not be resumed to the general revenues of the State Government.

 Now in circular No.12/2011/Fin dated 10/02/2011, Finance Department has given yet another chance to the Controlling Officers to submit the same. Government have instructed all Controlling Officers to conduct a quick review of the outstanding balances in their TP/TSB/Spl.TSP accounts and furnish their explanations/justifications for retaining such balances to Finance Department, latest by 28/02/2011. If no satisfactory explanation is received by 28/02/2011, such balances as on 31/03/2010 in their TP/TSB/Spl.TSP will be resumed to the state revenues without further notice. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained after 28/02/2011
